1. Select the Localities (Geographic Areas) that you want to search
   
2. Select the Classification(s) that you want to search
   
3. Enter the Text that you want to search for
   
4. Click the Search Button

First you must select the Locality that you want to search. This may be as narrow as a City, or as wide as all Continents.

Then you must select the Classification(s) that you want to search, you can also limit the search to 'Announce', 'For Sale' or 'Wanted' if required.

Next you can enter the Text that you want to searched for. Punctuation is ignored, only complete words are searched for, if you want partial word matching, an asterisk (*) may be used. ie:-
If you enter car, it will match car it will not match motorcar or motorcars.
If you enter *car, it will match car and motorcar it will not match motorcars.
If you enter *car*, it will match car, motorcar and motorcars.

Note:The text search uses statistical methods, so the ads found may included some that do not exactly match your search criteria. Our ongoing tuning will minimise these additional ads in future.

Finally, click on the search button - in seconds the database will be searched and your results returned.
If there are many matches, the first 50 will be returned. Use more text or words to try again.
